Because we are approaching our first long weekend of the summer, a few of you have asked if I could send out the challenges for the weekend early so you can work on them up north, while camping or doing whatever. The draw for the Platinum membership is Sunday night at 9pm, so if you'd like to enter the draw, have as many challenges from May 11th up to and including Sunday's posted before 9pm.

The Daily Art Challenge for Saturday, May 19, 2012 is: create a piece of artwork using string as your subject, medium or as an art tool.

The Daily Art Challenge for Sunday, May 20, 2012 is: create a piece of artwork with this theme..."what you are afraid of?"

ok today's art challenge is so easy...you simply do a quick self-portrait...no don't panic... then the best part... you then block the image by dripping paint or ink all over it or scribbling or messing it up somehow. The painting would be named..."you can't see me." So you can create a yucky self portrait and then just cover it up.

Now this was fun. I've never paint a self-portrait of myself, and now I see why. This daily art challenge was more fun than yesterdays.

I guess I need to proof read my posts...oh well I can only be good at on thing...I haven't figure it out yet.

Getting ready to do some remodeling and maybe I can saw some wood while I draw my hand...just kidding there might be a bloody stub if I did that. Oh! to all of you creative members out there cheer up winter is coming and you will be able to do the daily art challenges . I'm out of here, bye
